The hotel itself is very nice... on the inside. Unfortunately the hotel is located in a not so affluent area of town. So the second you step outside... you feel like you are in a third world country.
A very nice view from our room, had a very restful stay, comfortable bed, want a shout out for Shangeeta from reception, very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommendable place to stay while in LA.
Enjoyed the friendship of the staff. Bar staff are great and willing to exchange pleasantries. Being an Australian the types of food differs but the imagination takes charge. Paid Approx $230AUS for a room and thought WiFi would have been included instead of $14.95. Internet drops out constantly (average 15-20 mins) then need to reboot. Water is soft in Calfornia. Very nice place people polite helpful and smiling great atmosphere would stay again rooms clean
I just love the scent that Weston uses for their trademark. Abbey at the reception desk was just marvelous upon a late late check in. All housekeeping team members greet you, every time, and are very friendly. Wine list was surprisingly dismal being in CA. Banquet food was surprisingly great.
Westin never disappoints! The customer service was top notch. The food was awesome.
Friendly staff. Took advantage of the Executive Club's breakfast & waffle station. Nice. Conveniently close to the airport with shuttle service. Cool.
