I asked for a refrigerator and it did not work for it was for my insulin. Went to iron clothes and it didn’t work. Had a hard time checking in. They are homophobics.
While checking in, they would not give me a room key till I gave them my credit card to charge $50 for incidentals. wont be staying here again at this Trump hotel.
Great hotel to have an event. The service is excellent. Food is delicious and the venue is located conveniently to freeway and airport. I highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel is not safe. Tent cities all around the hotel. No cameras on guest floors. I was robbed while in the shower in my room. The door did not close properly behind my roommate. Guests should have an expectation of safety and security at a property such as this. Unfortunately the large size allows anyone and everyone in to access guest rooms. Excellent service and location.
Parking too expensive. I have to be here one more time cus I’ve paid already but from now on I’ll find hotels away from LAX. I stay around here because it’s convenient but not any more
