The staff is very rude and unprofessional and had I taken the time to interact prior to my reservation, I definitely would have NEVER STAYED at this Westin at LAX. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Attended a conference there. Great space and Location. Very convenient for me jump off my flight onto a shuttle and then to conference. Rooms were outstanding too
