You need to get rid of nu car rental. They are making your hotel in mockery and a joke. I've never stayed here and nevee will just based on the other companies you do business with. Clearly, your company has very low standards if this is who you choose to associate with. We visit LA 4-8 times a year and try to stay at a new hotel everytime. Westin was on our list for December but i would rather stay at a flea bag motel instead!!
Crazy place. Very Slow check in as hotel is fully booked but not enough clerks checking people in. Long lines, slow process. Had a friend come to dinner at the hotel. Her parking bill was $48.00 on top of our $150 meal. Total rip off. Validation from waiter brought it down to $38. Called to speak with manager and was told by operator there was no manager on duty. Put me through to front desk, but then was told to complain to billing department Monday. Useless staff. Got back to my room and room service keeps knocking on my d... read more
Worst customer service around. I am currently on 1.5 hr wait to check in. They say the “system is down” but will not refund me. So I can wait for god knows how long for what I am stuck paying or leave and pay another room fee at another hotel. Clerks are just laughing and not helpful at all. This place sucks.
