Excellent service, clean, safe location, very convenient to LAX
Cris at the front desk was beyond awesome! Definition of customer service!!!!
Still great service! I stayed here back in 2005 when I was joining the Army and 12 years later, rooms are still nice, clean, and the hotel has an amazing atmosphere/vibe.
I had an early morning flight that put me arriving to the hotel before daily check out, the staff was very accommodating, they had arranged for transportation to pick me up at the airport and upon arriving had my room available and ready for me with out any problems. My room was very clean and ready for my arrival. As I made my way thru the lobby later in the afternoon hotel staff greated me and asked how I was doing and if everything was ok.
