Nice hotel. Short trip to LAX with decent shuttle.
I enjoyed being at the hotel.I liked the banquet room. I enjoyed the food. I liked the service given by the workers. Excellent event held at an excellent hotel.

The room and view were actually nice. What was awful was checking in. Only two people working the front desk -- one to check in airline crews and the other one for their club member line as well as the 'regular' customers and that line had at least 20 of us and it rarely moved sine they first served anyone arriving at club members line first. It was late at night and everyone in line was exhausted and most likely had early morning flights to catch. I had to call the hotel while in line and raise hell to get them to add anoth... read more
