This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is dirty and the kids had to listen to a guy and his prostitute banging on the wall and then him kicking her out of his room at 3 in the morning. The clerk was rude when we checked in, they charged $35 a night for parking when competitors all around were cheaper, the a/c barely worked and the room was humid making it hard to sleep, and no garbage was picked up for the 3 days we were there. We were only there for a few hours ... room was ok, but the shower was cold in the morning. The manager apologised and threw free stuff at us, though �
WORST AND RUDEST SERVICE EVER. I've now written three Facebook Messenger requests for a simple answer to a question: can I, and how do I send a parcel to the hotel. Sadly, and regretfully, I have booked to stay here. All 3 messages were viewed by the hotel but no one has had the courtesy to respond. You ignore customers who have booked even before they get there? How rude. I shudder to think what it will be like to stay at the hotel. Incredibly, I'm even a repeat customer.
