The best hotel yet very nice and friendly staff the food was great I just fell in love with this place the green tea fragrance is awesome I must find that a great reason to come back and visit

Terrible - I haven't even checked I yet. Been waiting at the airport for 40 minutes. First shuttle went by and didn't even stop. Second bus stopped, I walked to the door to get in and the driver looked at me, didn't open the door and drove away leaving me there. Called the hotel, got hung up on twice. Called a 3rd time and asked for a manager. No manager was available. Absolutely pathetic!!! On the bus now - wonder how check in will be......
