For the first time in over a year I am extremely disappointed in md Anderson. My thirty year old daughter has received the finest care here for triple negative IBC but today, at the first follow up screening after treatment (something that has she and the entire family on edge) she is unable to see her doctor or receive her test results. Apparently no one told her that she would need to reapply to the breast and cervical Medicaid once she was approved for social security, so her insurance stopped. I scheduled an appointment for a phone call, filled out the questionnaires and then no one called at the set up time. I waited for 25 minutes and then called myself. I was trying to get an appointment for a second opinion on the last part of my cancer treatment. I have stage lllC melanoma with extranodal extension and have already had all my superficial left groin lymph nodes removed and radiation therapy. No communication between doctors.Cooper hospital sent my husband home with appointment forMd Anderson.So glad I called to verify they sent us home with 11am appointment when in fact the infusion nurse's told us 12:30 we arrived on time to a packed office room. My husband has very aggressive form of cancer sitting in this room is unbearable!! Many other issues with doctors.I would never recommend this cancer center anyone!!!! Stay away from MD Anderson in camden new jersey!

I saw an instagram post MD Anderson had made about some special edition sunglasses they had for the PGA tour, i commented how awesome they were and they offered to mail me a package! And when i opened it - two pairs of glasses inside! Cant wait to show off my #endcancer shades and support MDA everywhere I go! Thank you so much
