I am loving it here. The Doctors and nurses are really just so professional, nice and friendly. I still rate my Montifiore crew #1 though. One of the things I like most is how spiritual they are. They love to hear and tell of the goodness of Jesus, I just it. Thank you CharmainesFarmDiva for the recommendation. This is by far second to none. It's called Hospital City. God is good and he does everything in his own time.

Update: the Social Media team was able to get patient advocacy to contact my brother in law and get him BACK on the books for his original appointment. Thank you!!! My sister and brother in law are being given the run around by MD Anderson. They had scheduled his annual brain scans months ago, but now his appointment has been canceled and nobody is communicating with them. He had brain surgery in 2012 which saved his life, but now these critical life-saving scans/appointments have been cancelled and nobody will communicate w... read more

md Anderson has change for worst. it was the greatest hope for cancer care 20 years ago but now the newer employee don't care u r just numbers

I absolutely hate this place. My brother in law was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and M.D. Anderson was our first stop when diagnosed. Hmmmmm, I just don't know where to start. I'll keep this very short but honest. Everyone was on a different page when it came to having a specific plan to attack the cancer. His doctor would never return our phone calls and the other doctors that would return the call would do so hours after we'd left several messages, and many of them we're very rude. I am so fortunate to live here in Houston and have access to this amazing hospital with the very best doctors.I cant say enough positive things about it. They truly deserve the ranking of the best cancer facility in the country.
