I think the Stanley Hotel is one of the most beautiful and exciting hotels to stay in . Me and my niece every year spend October Halloween parties there for at least two days for the events . Also I've been there for Xmas week too . Love the wildlife around and scenery also .. ❤️ staying there , it this October for our stay there
Need a new menu out on patio for lunch... really missed JACK!
We took a night tour. Our tour guide was wonderful and the tour was fun. We hoped for more, but enjoyed ourselves and our experience! Definitely a hotel that is trying to keep the historical essence alive!
Amazing place. Recommend it to everyone. They even constructed a much smaller version of the famous maze of trees. Kids seem to really like it
The hotel is in major disrepair. Our bathtub had slimy pink goop and black mold between the tiles. There is no air conditioning so we opened windows but our windows opened to the bar which was supposed to close at 10pm but loud, drunk patrons were out there past 2am. The elevator was broken so we had to haul our luggage down two flights of stairs. We splurged and got the night tour. The day tour was much better. Was in my bucket list to sleep in this hotel and no regrets!!! A bit price tho! But we had a wonderful time😘
Went on the night tour of the Stanley Hotel! We all loved our tour guide Andy! He was amazing!
The hotel is a beautiful old place with a lot of charm. However, we stayed on the 4th floor on the west side of the building. The sun had been pouring into the room all day and it was like a sweatbox in there. Neither of us could sleep because of the horrible heat in the room. I would think that air conditioning would definitely improve the stay. We will not return.
