It was just a great place and loved my tour guide!!!
My boyfriend and I stayed here on June 8, 2017. We did the Stanley Tour and enjoyed it. The staff was pleasant. We did have an encounter with 2 males on separate occasions, both were rude, but, we let it go. I would love to come back and stay in a haunted room.
It was a beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. It is very old and historic so do not expect a Westin. The town of Estes Park was wonderful and the people were very nice. The only downside is that the hotel had no AC and it was unusually hot but I don't blame the hotel since it is on their website.

I think it's well worth visiting if you're in Colorado.
