Charming, historic, beautiful. What it lacks in amenities (A/C, pool, fitness center) it makes up for in charm. A little too pricey for what you get. Hotel guests should have an automatic reservation for the tours either complimentary, or at least a reserved space. But to drop $450 for a night and then another $20-25 a piece for a tour is a little much. Glad I did it once, but will likey never do it again. Great staff though.
Wonderful experience!!!!! Will go again!! Room was very nice and staff were helpful and very pleasant!!!
Lovely experience. Enjoyed everything about being here. Super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable bar staff, with recommendations for pairings and tips on drinks from their extensive selections (over 1000 whiskeys!) Delicious food & fun drinks. Amazing atmosphere. Will definitely be back :)
Wonderful place to stay, dine, drink and visit! We always enjoy the service and food here!

I went for a tour and it was fun! It was good to know the actual history behing the Hotel.
Good tour. Andy was a great guide. This is mainly an informative tour although you do get to see the hallways and outside of the rooms and the tunnels. The tour will make you want to book a haunted room and find out for yourself!
