Very friendly staff, especially the tour staff..we were unfortunately late for our 12: 30 tour due to unexpected traffic delays. The tour supervisor was very accommodating and put us in the 2pm tour. Kate (a new employee) was very knowledgeable and friendly. A very busy place...sure the spirits wait to come out at a calmer time!!! A fun time!!!!

Always go for the bacon Bloody Mary! Giggle! Miss them since moved to NC! Have taken the tour seven times when we would have visitors on our list! My dream is to spend a night on a haunted room for my birthday...Nov 1st which would be Halloween night! At 62 I can dream!!!

I love stopping by the Stanley for just a quick walk around, or food, or when I am shooting an event there - the staff is AMAZING! I highly recommend the tour, Travis, our guide, was awesome. And Mitzi and Andrew, a couple of the mangers were great!

I did not stay at the Stanley. We came for the History Tour. Our tour guide Voodrew (Andy) was OUTSTANDING! He had a vast knowledge of the history of the hotel, they Stanley's and Estes Park. I am an old building nerd. I loved the charm that I saw. I will be making reservations tio stay I the future, but probably in a cooler month.

Whether you're just driving through or intend to stay the night in Estes, The Stanley is always worth a visit. It's breathtaking and hauntingly beautiful. I've had the pleasure of saying the night there and it was truly magical. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. ❤

I love and adore the Stanley. I work in the Cascades and its great. I came here two years ago for a family reunion and fell in love. The tours are fun and informative. Also Aiden Sinclair's show is great. And my favorite part is the staff, customers, and the atmosphere.

My husband and I came for the "Shinning Tour" and it was amazing. Walking through the historic building was breathtaking!
