Sophie is the best tour guide ever. Take good care of her, she is precious.

We went to Cascades for our anniversary dinner and couldn't be happier with or experience. Tanya was so nice and attentive the entire evening. The ribeye steak was one of the best I've ever had in a restaurant. Finished off with the bread pudding. Thank you to everyone at Cascades for making this a memorable evening for us!

Beautiful hotel with incredible views. The food in the Cascades was amazing! Surprisingly bad customer service here.. 3 different employees made incredibly rude and uncalled for remarks to us during our stay.. won't call any names. Everyone has a bad day now and then but there should be more emphasis placed on customer service training at a place like this when you pay as much as you do to stay here. Overall, it was a great experience because of the company I was with and the beauty of the scenery.

It was nice but disappointing. Beautiful scenery, the food was okay, mixed drinks were not good according to those I was with. I had wine and it was good. Bathrooms were filthy most of the night, even an hour after they were told. I was surprised by this since it was such a desired place. As I said, it was okay. Glad I went but have no desire to return.

Amazing service and old world charm. My 10yr granddaughter loved it. We went ghost hunting at 4:30 in the morning, but couldn't find any.

Way over priced, no a/c (We were told to open a window and turn a fan on while literally 84 degrees in our room ! ), fuses kept popping and we had to keep going to the fuse box ourselves because no staff did ! Nothing at all for kids. No pool or anything ! And to think I cancelled reservations somewhere else for this place for July 4th makes me sick.

Fourth of July was amazing... the atmosphere was fantastic and rather relaxing. The music was great and the BBQ was even better!! The kids had a blast playing on the lawn with all the outside toys.
