Verified Renter it’s been great. the place is really nice, and i love that there are so many activities to do:pool, volleyball, chill, bags, and cooking out. I also love how speedy maintenance is!

When jt came to signing our lease months ago, they were very helpful in answering my many questions and being accommodating to make sure I would be able to live with my preferred roommates. All good things to say so far!

Verified Renter I love it here. Although , my dryer is broken and the maintenance seems to take their sweet time fixing things. Other residents are sweet and I enjoy that I have my own bathroom. Looks much better once you decorate it! Thin walls though but water pressure is good and you really get a decent amount of space. Close to ISU and to Heartland. As well and a Circle K and a Starbucks and Dunkin!

Verified Renter If you want a cozy place and a great community this is where you should stay. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Could use a little more updating for the price but overall a good experience

Verified Renter Overall the location is great and the option to have a 6 month or a year lease is really nice. My only problems with the Social Normal is that there is no security at night or on weekends. Which leads to really loud parties. Some people have work or school and don’t want to be up till 2 in the morning. Another issue is parking. There should be no reason that someone in the front building has to park all the way in the very back. There needs to be a better system.
