Verified Renter So far, I am enjoying my experience at The Social! It is a great distance from campus. I have not had any issues with them. We had a few problems with our apartment, but with the quick maintenance crew, it was all fixed in a month! The community seems very friendly, and the rules/policies are easy to follow.

Verified Renter I really enjoy living here, I love the amenities here. The only thing that I do not enjoy is just the parking situations. I also do not like when I have to park in the way back and the lights are not very bright

Verified Renter There’s so much to do at the complex and the living space is super nice! In the summer, the pool is always full of residents and friends. The fire pits are awesome for cooler nights.
