Verified Renter The apartments are not well maintained from one resident to the next. When I moved in, there was a pee smell on the carpet as well as bugs on the ground. The apartments are also poorly insulated leading to higher gas and electric bills.

Verified Renter Great apartments for college students. Nice rooms with bathroom. Washer dryer in each unit. There is also a nice community gym and pool. It is down the road from isu.
