Verified Renter it’s always very loud and rambunctious during the night time and it always smells like weed. the music below and above me is never turned down and the utility bill is up the wall.

We had a few problems with our apartment, but with the quick maintenance crew, it was all fixed in a month! The community seems very friendly, and the rules/policies are easy to follow.
