Verified Renter Non-intrusive owners and knit community. Rooms were a little dirty on move in but nothing a sweep and vacuum couldn’t fix. Provides roommate matching.

Verified Renter it's cool lol. i had to go buy a router & that stressed me out for 2 weeks straight cause there were no specific instructions on where or which one to get. the living room tv still don't got no signal but other than that, so far i LOVE it. i love the amenities & the front door parking. as well as where it is. it's by circle k, shells, the grocery store, beauty supply, & even the expressway. packages get dropped off right to the door. AC BUSSING, overall it's sweet.

Verified Renter It could have been improved like the unit being cleaned and checked before move in. It delayed my move in process tremendously. Also there were many issues with previous tenants in this unit so I wished that we were told all the problems before
