Verified Renter My favorite place to be. Nice area, lots of activities to do, safe place. Haven’t had any issues with neighbors. Maintenance is great and so are all of the staff in the office.

Verified Renter It's been my third day here yet I'm already incredibly comfortable in my apartment, and I have yet to find anything to be concerned about. The place is also a short drive away from ISU so the location is very convenient.

Verified Renter There were some issues with our unit upon moving in (not very clean, requested cleaning to be redone, living room fan doesn't work, remote did not come with batteries and is missing the back, the AC thermostat's batteries died on the 3rd day of the lease and the air stopped working, other minor damages and things that required maintenance requests). Verified Renter Would’ve been 5 stars but some of the front desk ladies are rude. Also, the non renovated apartments are not the nicest. Have had issues with transparency and good communication with the people who work here
