Verified Renter Overall it has been a great experience living here. Only complaint would be it takes forever for the pool to open in the summer. Utilities are generally reasonable and the apartments are well sized.

Verified Renter I mean it’s fine the space is very limited within our apartment and rent is going up even though we aren’t getting new utilities and half of the appliances we have don’t work correctly

Verified Renter It got very ghetto towards the end. Small space so if you're just looking for a place to sleep and stay warm this would ge the place for you.
Verified Renter quick maintenance repairs the maintenance guys are very nice and the staff is quick to make up for these inconveniences with community rewards

Verified Renter My experience is good. Not too far from school, but I also enjoy the commute. Area is very quiet and amenities are perfect. Parking situation is okay, other than that, I am satisfied with my experience.

Verified Renter I seriously love it here. Sometimes requests can take a while, and sometimes there’s miscommunication. But overall I love this complex, the people who live here are friendly and welcoming.

Verified Renter The office ladies lack empathy and quick to pass judgement and attitude. The overall maintenance as a whole is very attentive and helpful. They get the job done the same day as the maintenance request. But paying more for a smaller and less upkept apartment was a big step back from the previous; upkept and new carpet apartment i moved out of. Less kitchen space and smaller room.
