Verified Renter Couple work orders but overall pretty good! Move in was easy, layout is perfect. Rooms are a little small but it is not a problem at all! The pool is AMAZING and so much fun! I haven’t used the gym yet since being here but I plan on it!

Verified Renter Very good place to live. Only complaint I have is that the maintenance crew takes forever to take care of issues at times as well as finding the cheapest way to “fix something. Other than that the amenities are great and fun and the environment is good

Verified Renter Cosy place, good company and amazing team. Loved being here close to my school. Few minutes walk to bus stop. Shops and food are next door. The team at the office has been always responsive and very understanding.

Verified Renter Overall I like the apartment. In our unit there a couple things outdated and a few things were broken when we arrived. However, maintenance did come and repair them. I also live the amenities the Social has to offer! The pool is great! And I’m excited to use the other areas too

Verified Renter I am really enjoying it here! There are giveaways and events for the tenants and the apartment is nice! However, upon moving in there were personal items in my room from the previous tenants, so I was put off by the lack of cleaning over the summer. It was also hard to deal with all the maintenance that was needed when I moved in.

Verified Renter It can be a little loud, but very rarely and never at all late into the night. I have not had any real problem and would suggest it as a good option, if you have a car.
