Verified Renter The amenities are very nice for a great price. I've had bad experiences with realty companies in the past but TSN is excellent. The ceilings are a little thin so be aware that if you're not living on the top floor, you're playing the lottery with how loud your upstairs neighbors will be. In general, though, no major complaints. Having your own bathroom is a massive plus, the staff are all friendly, and the amenities are decent. The only thing holding me back from giving five stars is the ceiling thing.

Verified Renter I honestly really enjoy living here. I think that the place is really nice. I love how nice the people are in the office. I really like the way that the rooms are set up so I’m not directly next to my roommates. I really appreciate the resident portal makes everything really easy to access, it’s not difficult or hard. my mother is a single mom so the rent being affordable is a really nice touch along with the amenities that the building has like the pool. overall I’m really excited to be here and I can’t wait... read more

Verified Renter The community is very well managed and kept. The staff is always polite and welcoming. I haven’t had any problems so far living here. This is the third student apartments I’ve lived in while at ISU, and this is by far the best one!

Verified Renter The moving in process was so easy but parking is terrible. There is not nearly enough spots for residents. If I come home past 8 pm I have to park in the visitor parking because there are no open spaces anywhere else. Also I was placed in an apartment with a cat when I specifically put no pets on my application and I was not notified that I would be living with a cat before I moved in.
