Verified Renter Would’ve been 5 stars but some of the front desk ladies are rude. Also, the non renovated apartments are not the nicest. Have had issues with transparency and good communication with the people who work here

Verified Renter My resident experience went very good. The area is very peaceful. I didn’t have a difficult time moving in. The staff is really friendly and great at what they do.

Verified Renter It is such a nice place to live my first night There was really nice. The only thing was early in the morning, hearing all of the cars on the highway, But I feel very safe and secure in my apartment and it feels like home

Verified Renter Great place and peaceful. Maintenance comes quickly and get things done. Can’t complain. It will be about a year since moving here and I like it here. I renewed my lease because it’s honestly a decent place to live when going to school and living off campus. Not too far from campus

Verified Renter It was great! So far I love that I have access to a pool and other things and I’m enjoying walking around the complex and my apartment is in decent condition. There were a few things up with it but the social worked quickly to resolve it!

Verified Renter It was okay besides the utilities being through the roof during certain months. The best part was probably having a washer and dryer. There is no microwave in the 2bed 2 bath units. That was very nerve racking
