Verified Renter I had two ceiling fans fall out of my roof. My dishwasher still does not work. My garbage disposal broke and my toilet as well. It is cleaned and well kept but the actual rooms are just okay.

Verified Renter It is a very noisy place to live in and neighbors aren't very conscious of the fact that other people live here. Maintenance is very sweet and always gets the job done but other then a select few in the office there isn't much help when issues come up.
