Verified Renter Living here has been great so far, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The worst things is the raccoons at night, which I’m sure you can’t do anything about it. As far as living here I absolutely love it

Verified Renter Overall a good place to live. Work orders get completed very fast and parking is never an issue. The only downside is that it is pretty expensive.

Verified Renter The apartments have a lot of space, and the people are relatively responsive. The apartments however, are kept in terrible condition. When I moved in there was a pee smell that I had to remove with a carpet cleaner that I personally rented, as the staff wouldn’t do anything about it. The apartment was also filled with dead bugs when I moved in.

Verified Renter These apartments are great for students! Big rooms with nice bathrooms. There’s also plenty of parking. The gym is also nice. Only a 5 minute drive to campus.
