Verified Renter Good area and fun people to be around. Move in was super easy and everyone was sure friendly. Some issues in the apartment but we’re easily resolved by maintenance team.

Verified Renter The pool & the gym is very polished and nice & i enjoy the outside volleyball court and grills. The apartment was nice and cleaned just the way we liked it & the balcony is a nice touch to go out there with your friends to do some shotguns enjoy the weather and the sky.

Verified Renter So far I have loved living at The Social Normal. The staff is so sweet and welcoming and the community has been amazing. Living here you are in the perfect spot with a grocery store near by and so many options for a morning drink or mid-day pick me up!

Verified Renter For a college apartment its decent. I have had many things that were broken when we moved in and were only addressed after 3 weeks of living there. The neighbors think partying on a Monday night until 2/3:00 in the morning is appropriate so be aware of that and the fact that the complex has done nothing about it even though the police have been on property multiple times now.
