Verified Renter Great environment to live and great staff and maintenance team as well. Just wish they have visitors parking area in the back side of the building so they won’t take up the parking spot from the actual residents. Plus there is still no parking permits for the residents so people just park wherever.

Verified Renter The staff are friendly here, and they've tried to help me as quickly as possible. The other residents seem really nice too. Move-in was a bit disappointing. When moving in, you would have expected everything to be cleaned, and anything that needed to be fixed, well fixed. However, that was not the case with my unit. Verified Renter The apartment itself is not bad. The walls within it are thick enough to block noise from my roommate. But we have had to call maintenance multiple times for things that should have been managed throughout the years. The windows do not block noise well as you can easily hear conversations from the sidewalk up on the third floor. That being said, it seems that most people are nice here and maintenance comes in a timely manner.
