Verified Renter amenities promised are always under construction. mainitence is constantly in and out. was promised a $500 gift card by october and never got it. when i called, staff was unhelpful and said "they don't have the funds." if you don't have the funds, don't promise it.

Not great I have been living here for nearly 10 months. Haven’t had many problems, but after we signed the lease, they took away cable which was promised and said we got “upgraded internet” instead. The internet wasn’t too bad but not great. Secondly, the walls must be paper thin because it constantly reeks of weed. Everywhere. They must have a hard time enforcing the law around here. College Station (4-Bedroom) I'm Laura, and my lease began in May 2015 (currently September). College Station is a great place for "young professionals" attending Heartland or ISU. Located on the corner of Raab and Main, it's a straight shot, 5min drive to either campus. The actual complex is far enough from the road that you can't hear any traffic or even the highway noise, which I love. It is surrounded by green space and trees.
