Not impressed at all. Rooms are small and they charge for wifi, who does that nowadays? Service was just like any other hotel.
The staff has been wonderful great location great hotel I definitely recommend it and then I will definitely come back and stay
Our plan to get on a flight every two months with our baby boy found us here this weekend - and what a happy destination its been! The impeccable service was no surprise but the warmth with which it was delivered blew us away. Every single Ritz-Carlton staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel special and comfortable. My wife and I have been here for dinner five times and it has been fantastic every time, but I have one complaint. Why did you change the bread?! There used to be a variety of breads that you brought out and the onion bread (probably have the name wrong) was the best I've ever had. Hope that it comes back again!
I've had a great experience at the Ritz- Carlton in downtown Atlanta. Everyone was cordial and hospitable.!!
