RecommendedIt was gorgeous! I attended an event with my friend and this place is like a fairytale! I'd love to stay in a room one night!
There's no other word than amazing! The customer service was superb, they communicated very well, the treatment made me feel like royalty that moving forward I refuse to stay anyway else.
The hotel can have some update improvements! The woman at the counter promised me that I had an 50 dollar credit towards food! They lied they took the money out of my account !!

For my husband & I first year Annivseary we stayed at The Ritz-Carlton. It does not disappoint in any way. Superb service from valet, bellman, front desk, room service, concierge, everyone! ... The Ritz- Carlton downtown Atlanta does not disappoint! We so enjoyed our stay!!!

Not awesome. LOVE the Ritz and the customer service model and empowerment it provides (I have hired RC trainers to teach my team about customer service). We checked in, there were trash items throughout our room, we called the front desk just to make sure that we had not been assigned a room that belonged to someone else, but they did nothing to make us "feel good" and welcome after. Would not choose this hotel again, but love the Marriott franchise.
The Ritz Atlanta doesn't live up to the image the company has spent years perfecting. Yesterday, I found out last minute that a friend was playing in Atlanta. I quickly booked a room at the Ritz for after the show. After the show, I went to check in. However, I was informed that I would have to pay an additional $200 since I was checking in late.
