RecommendedGreat service and attention to detail. From the valet to the Atlanta Grill staff, our experience was fantastic. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. A great place for a weekend away.
We are currently staying at the Atlanta location and I am happy to say that Matthew and his entire staff have shown the excellent service that we are accustomed to at a Ritz Carlton property. This stay has been perfect from the time we pulled in and were met by the valet. Nice corner room with the best view of the city and the most attentive staff. Very satisfied and highly recommend this location.
I loved how everyone was so professional. Housekeeping was very attentive. Valet parking those guys were so nice, so professional as well. Room very clean. Loved it. Hope to stay again. Love the candy bar. Loved the fact they treated us with champagne and chocolate dessert for our anniversary also a special note which I will keep for memories.
The staff has been over the top nice to us. They gave a special gift for our anniversary too. We love it here and can't wait to come back.
