As a photographer I work in a plethora of hotel with clients. After putting it down at the Ritz feeling good. Paid for and Waiting on my car from valet. I Notice all the people coming out and leaving and I'm still here. I ask the gentleman why all the people coming out are getting there car and where is mine. He responds they VIP and tip big. I said well I guess I will keep my money in my pocket since you have no idea what my tip is going to be...I go and ask the desk about my car can you believe they turn and ask what color... read more

Excellent property. Ernest at front desk a great asset to your team. The entire concierge lounge staff were amazing. Great food including a pasta bar last night and omlet station this morning. Micah extra helpful.
