The valet service last night was stellar! The perfect beginning and ending to a great evening.
This is one of my favorites properties. Not because of location or amenities although both are good, but because of the exceptional customer service. Yesterday when I checked out I was told that my rental car had a flat tire. Wayman Humphries (the door captain) said he would get the tire fixed and return the rental for me. At the same time he arranged for a ride to the airport at no expense. What great service. Thanks again for the continued commitment to excellence!
