RecommendedWhat a lovely Christmas Day Brunch at the Ritz Carlton, Atlanta. Mohammed, Angela and another lovely lady took such great care of us during our Champagne Holiday Brunch. This is our third year of what is our now a family tradition…party of two. Thank you Shane and staff of Ritz Carlton Atlanta. We'll see you next year.
I won't go into details about what happened but the manager David took care of issue and noted that training and coaching for a staff member with bad attitude would be in place. Rooms are spotless and in perfect shape but bit classic dated. Elegant and clean. Building is old but good location. Valet bellman were very very professional. Courteous, efficient staff with a welcoming demeanor. Clean rooms. Excellent, timely room service. Even though I was a little under the weather, my experience was great. When I'm downtown on business I enjoy staying at the Ritz.
While the rooms are dated, they are in excellent condition and very well maintained. Daniel Ryan, manager, does a great job and always willing to help. Staff is attentive, polite and accommodating - exactly what I have come to expect from any Ritz-Carlton. I come here for the personalized service, and an overnight experience that is better than home. I will be back, as always.
I am a frequent guest of the Ritz Carlton hotel and have always given them rave reviews but I have to say that I was very disappointed with my stay last night. It was less than the service I have gotten accustomed to at their hotels across the country. After getting out of the cab upon arrival at the hotel, I was struggling with my luggage and no one came over to provide assistance or greet me like they usually do. Impeccable service from the moment we pulled in for valet service. Great attention to guests, shower was amazing, city view from our room was perfect. Top notch!
