RecommendedIt's a nice enough hotel except for the breakfast room service. They were very late (supposed to arrive between 9:40am - 10:40am and it arrived at 10:45), and the cappuccino was already cold.
The staff is wonderful. Service is what I would expect from a Ritz. The room is dated & small. The curtains don't close all the way. Light comes in all around the door to the hallway. Our room is by the elevator & is extremely loud. (To be expected for room placement). I would stay at a Ritz again, but perhaps not this Ritz.
The room was a 3 - it was dated and the bathroom was basic. Also, our drapes weren't designed to close all the way and 2 large red neons signs were in my face all night (Marriott and Coke). I'm not really sure what was "deluxe" about it. #firstworldproblems. However, the customer service was a 5. Valet was included in our AAA room rate and booking direct saved $ and came with perks.
