What more can I say as I still use Ritz Carlton as yes standard for perfect standard. I have been to the Buchead Ritz for years on Thanksgiving and it was wonderful as usual.
I stayed the ritz the night of my wedding recently. We had an interesting time getting dropped off by the limo and I wasn't paying attention to my bags as well as I should have. The staff was absolutely amazing. From the time they took my bags, getting us checked in and up to our room. Greg was the man who took all of our stuff up. He was awesome!!! Very kind and friendly!
