Never a bad experience. Great service! Friendly staff and I was able to check in and settle in my room by 10 am the morning of my arrival.
The staff here is excellent, but the deluxe room isn't any nicer than a regular hotel room. For what you pay, it's a little bit of a disappointment. In 2016, it's ridiculous that you have to pay extra for wireless internet. The shower sprayed all over the floor because the tub was so tiny, and it sprays over the curtain. The stay was enjoyable, but underwhelming. I really want to make a point in saying that the staff is really great. Also, the nespresso machine is such a nice treat.

I was happy enough with my stay there until I got home and checked my credit card balance and realised I had been charged TWICE for my stay. Not happy at all. I'm waiting for a response and for my account to be credited immediately.

We decided to treat ourselves and stay here. Great hotel in good location. All staff were helpful and on hand 24hrs. Breakfast was lovely. Couple of little niggles. We had a city view room which was actually a brick wall. Only one bathrobe and there is a coffee shop downstairs but a hotel charging those rates, should provide complimentary coffee imo. We stayed in basic hotels which had unlimited coffee in lobby.
