Great staff Mary and Daniel - but the rooms need some renovation. There are items that are outdated or furniture needs updating. The lobby is great and meeting rooms - now to focus on the rooms would be great!

Beautiful property; awesome, professional staff!! From the front desk, to the awesome maids, to the front door men, the valet men - you can't go wrong!! They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect!!
Very Disappointed in our stay last night....issues started with Valet Parking and continued to our room - dirty bathroom floor including someone's bobby pin on the floor, hair ball and more...Yes, all was reported and we were told at check out someone would reach out to us - but we have heard nothing. Not what I expected from the Ritz Carlton....
