RecommendedThe staff has been nothing but pleasant each time I step over the threshold! From the valet to the hostess, to the coffee shop in the lobby to my server at the restaurant-- AG... always a wonderful and hospitable experience. There have been some technical issues with my past few visits to AG ; however, handled with care and quality to remedy the situation! Overall, great job to the DT Atlanta Ritz-Carlton! Beautiful hotel, friendly & professional staff. Everyone was courteous and accommodating.
This Hotel was wonderful from check- in to check- out! Complimentary glasses of champagne upon arrival and complimentary candy bar in the lobby. Outstanding customer service. Every employee went above and beyond. Very pleasing environment, the decor and design was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was delicious.
Everything was perfect at the Ritz Carlton Atlanta. We booked a $239 package which included valet parking and a $75 voucher for the AG restaurant. We enjoyed a delightful lunch on the veranda. The spinach quinoa salad was wonderful, and my husband's wedge salad with salmon was excellent. Service was impeccable. The only downside to dining on the veranda were the noise from pressure washing at a neighboring building and the bright neon sign across the street. This is, of course, out of the hotel's control. The hotel was stunning. But location isn't very good. Yes its in downtown. But it not got a good "safe" vibe. Even the staff tell you to be careful.
