Wonderful experience staff friendly and professional. The food and drinks are exceptional.
Had brunch with my friends there, good food. The staff was sweet, beautiful hotel. definitely recommend going to the restaurant if you want to spruce up a girls brunch!
I loved it! It was very nice the service was awesome. The more bar made really good drinks that will not let her down. Breakfast was superb. I'm looking forward to coming back

The services is 5-star -- the people that work at the Ritz are 7-star -- what an AMAZING experience! They really made us feel welcome and helped us experience the hotel and the city. 💯

Drinks were great at the bar. No special attention like turn down service. Got back to room after concert and tried 3 times to get room service because we missed dinner. No answer each time . Called front desk and complained. They said thay would have them call us. Our phone rang 1 1/2 hours later. We had already gone to sleep and didn't bother to answer. We will not be coming back.
