My husband company Christmas party was down town and he decided to book up two nights. We where expecting something amazing. While the hotel is nice the room is not up to par. There are spots all over the ceiling. The shower wouldn’t drain correctly. We where not told about any of the amenities or how to order room service. We came down to let them know issues and besides fixing the drain we where no compensated or offered anything for the inconvenience. First time staying in this brand but needless to say it was a Great experience! Just needed a little RnR and it was definitely quite the spot for that! If ever back in the area I will definitely stay again! From valet parking to all of the staff very accommodating!

The staff was excellent as our luggage was unloaded and transported to our room. Valet service was great. The front desk was very helpful and very apologetic as we checked in and quickly checked out. Our room was 2010 and wreaked of marijuana. There were parties going on, on our floor and the noise was so loud in the room adjacent to us. It was after 10pm and we had been traveling all day long. Came here for my 37 birthday weekend and anniversary celebration! Hotel staff and restaurant service was impeccable. Especially through these difficult times it’s nice to see kindness, great service and resilience! Beautiful modern / luxury hotel with a nod to the history of Atlanta. It is within walking distance to the World of Coca Cola and the ATL aquarium! Definitely coming back !
