I stayed here a few months ago for a concert, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The woman at the front desk was condescending and rude from the beginning. The first room they gave me was dirty, and housekeeping had to come up and apologize. Even the bellhop came and saw the condition of the room. They moved me to a second room, but that room was no better. There were dirty signs telling guests not to take the shampoo and other items. The mouthwash had debris in it. The tables had stains. My Stay was Incredible! And my hostess Carley was phenomenal! I really enjoy my self.
Overall, I have to say I was underwhelmed. I travel a lot for work and had previously been a loyal Bonvoy member. I saved a considerable amount of points and wanted to show my family a good time. I even used elite night credits for a "suite". Yeah, that's not a suite. Tiny room, crammed full of top-tier "luxury" soft drinks and red bulls that they charge a premium for.
