Very average experience all around. Room decor is dated. The lobby feels dark, cramped, small, and lacks any grandeur. Service is inconsistent. Nice gym. Overall, absolutely not worthy of the 5 star rating or price tag.

Just called. The front desk at 12pm Friday night the front desk agent (sounded like a younger white male) was super unfriendly and not very helpful underwhelming service for such expensive prices, unacceptable.
Had a business reception at the Ritz Carlton Atlanta. It was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was so welcoming.
I love Ritz Carlton, it’s so amazing . Wherever I go, I stay in Ritz Carlton. They are always great and professional. I love the Ritz Carlton Atlanta. Convenient and great service. Clean room and a lot of amenities. Bathtub was great.
