Great atmosphere, great food at good prices and amazing service!!!
Usually if you get a vegetarian option at a place that specializes in meat, you don’t expect much. I got the portobello mushroom sandwich and was blown away with how much flavor they packed into it! Best portebello sandwich I ever ate!
East Carolina BBQ pork was great! Pimento fries are a must. I’d highly recommend The Pit.

One of the best restaurants in Raleigh!! Chocolate cake is out of this world and the brisket was phenomenal!!
The pulled pork was very dry and spicy. Not what I am use to coming from the south. Service was great!

Great service from Laura behind the bar, excellent brisket (with nice burnt ends), good drinks and pleasant company. Exceptional.
Everything thing that we had was so good from the starters to the desert. The wait staff were very attentive and so nice. We definitely plan on visiting again.
