Verified Renter I like being a resident in Marylander apartments (I have been living here for twelve years since September 2011. I appreciate the staff and the maintenance team.
Verified Renter Overall a great experience so far! Very safe and secure housing in a good area so no need to feel afraid of the city. Very hospitable office staff and they attend to issues in a timely manner. Minor issues with pests so would recommend staying clean and keeping spray and/or tablets handy.

Verified Renter Lauren, Gabby, and Shards are great! They are friendly, helpful, and always patiently answer questions. The water issue is annoying. The location is great!
Verified Renter Nice place to live. Hallways smell a little funky and it’s very hot in the common spaces but other then that the apartments are great. Each individual room is a good size as well

Verified Renter The building is a bit old, but the service is always nice. The maintenance came very quickly after we submitted the request online. The only problem with my apartment is that the water temperature is unstable, sometimes goes hot when I'm taking a shower.
Verified Renter Been a resident here for 2 1/2 years, my most recent lease renewal offered a rate per month higher than new residents that were renting the exact same apartment layout and space. Furthermore, they upped the application fee to $500 which doesn't even make sense.
Verified Renter The apartment overall looks good but very old. The hallways smell. They did not fully clean the apartment before my move-in! However, the office staff are very helpful and nice.
