Verified Renter There is a lot cockroaches and other insects in the room. It's really annoying. However, the safety and environment is pretty cool. They should include all utilities as optional (Tenant will pay). Some new tenant may face struggle about it.

Verified Renter Great. There are elevators, a study room, a social room, a fitness room, a dog park, and so on. When some unexpected situations occur, you can call the apartment to help you deal with them. Besides, I hope the hot water can be used more smoothly.

Verified Renter Marylander is a very good apartment for anyone particularly students as it has all the basic amenities and very closer to Homewood campus. It has various grocery stores, bank and restaurants near it.
