Too much miscellaneous fee. Too many miscellaneous fees such as (New account fee, VE process fee, and service fee) which was not informed earlier. No exhaust (My mistake should have noticed the absence of it). The hallway smells like a mix of cigarettes and other stuff. This is different from the amenity fee (100$, one time), sewer, electricity, water, and trash pick-up fee, these fees were informed during sign-up.

Verified Renter Good apartment however too many miscellaneous fees were not informed. No exhaust. They charge service fees, new issuance fees, and other fees which is not fair.

Verified Renter First of all, the location is just perfect. Being close to the university means I can easily walk or bike to classes, which saves me time and money on transportation. Plus, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops around, making it super convenient to grab a quick bite or hang out with friends. Verified Renter This is an average apartment building with average apartments, but everyone who works here is delightful and helpful. A lot of things are janky, but they’ll fix/replace it to the best of their ability. The amenities are fantastic.

Verified Renter Pretty good place. Maintenance is pretty fast and everyone in the place is helpful. I enjoy the layout and the community as well. Decent place for college students.
Verified Renter Overall., its good and improving with the passage of time but there should be proper system of exhaust in the kitchen. This is kind of my suggestion for improvement.
