Verified Renter Very comfortable place and amazing security! I am very comfortable here and the place is also nicely heated during the winter time. The regular practice of celebrations is also very sweet and makes Marylander very comfortable and attractive.

Verified Renter There is a cockroach problem. Also, there are several monthly charges being put on my account that could have just been included as part of the overall rent. It feels purposefully misleading to advertise low monthly rent and then tack on random monthly charges for things like using a 3rd party service provider when I, as a resident, had no say in the matter.

Verified Renter Staff are lovely and very supportive. Ammenities are clean and always organized. Ventilations are always clean and unobstructed. Security staff is very professional
Verified Renter The leasing office staff are very attentive and cool. The little park in the backyard is a good setup with barbeque grills. Public transportation and Johns Hopkins shuttle stops are nearby.
