Verified Renter A cosy and comfortable home. Rooms and bright and well maintained, people are friendly. The location is perfect for anyone studying at the Homewood campus, too. You can't go wrong here!

Verified Renter Apart from some security issues, it is a very convenient place to stay. Close to the university and and other places for food and groceries.

Verified Renter Nice leasing and maintenance staff. Efficient customer service. Nice location near restaurants and shopping. Nice exercise and social room. Clean laundry room.
Verified Renter room size is good and the newer renewed apartments have decent (if a bit small) kitchens, management responds quickly for repairs and other requests
Verified Renter The apartment is old but overall gives a good feel and warm vibes. The kitchen is not that state of the art but works. The bathroom looks a bit old but the rooms are good.
