Verified Renter Overall, the place is very nice. There are some very good qualities to the Marylander including all the amenities it offers. There is one downside which is the plumbing which is understandable since it is a very old building. However, the Marylander cares about their residents and fixes the problems in record timing.
Verified Renter It’s been great! The maintenance team is especially superb, responsive, and effective. Shoutout to Blonde, Leonard, and Will! The leasing office staff are very pleasant as well.
Verified Renter The staff was always helpful and responsive to my needs. They promptly addressed any maintenance issues that arose, and I never had to worry about anything not functioning properly in my apartment. And the maintenance is very kind and helpful. But the policy of package room is not so good, and I lost packages for several times.

Verified Renter I’ve just moved back in after my short lease last summer! This time I will be staying all the way till my graduation. I really love all the renovation being made and I really enjoyed my stay so far!
Verified Renter Nice staff. Solid experience. Great location. Maintenance are helpful. There are roaches though and it is very hot in the building. Getting packages isn't the most streamlined.

Verified Renter It is extremely noisy. The voices of the neighbors can be heard completely. The door slamming of the neighbors. The sound of air conditioners, ambulances and... . All of these deprive us of the peace of night's sleep.

We do now have after hours concierge for some of your other concerns. If you are ever experiencing a noise complaint from a resident, please let teh concierge know and they will assist. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS Regardless of cockroaches, monthly water shut-offs, constantly plugged shower head and tub, broken washers and dryers, Marylander has its ridiculous and evil policy against its renters. They jack up rent price for the old renters and they don't allow you to end the current lease and start a new lease to save some money. They will automatically renew your lease if you don't get back to them before a certain date. DON'T COME. YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR SURE.
