Apartment review The Marylander is a good place for dog owners and college students. There are some issues with the building’s heating but it works well as a starter apartment.

Current Resident This was my first apartment experience, and I was very pleased. The rent was a little higher than I had hoped, but there are many factors that help balance this out. First, I always feel safe both in my building and 4 blocks in any direction. The staff are all incredibly friendly and were always happy to help. And every issue I ever had was resolved in less than 24 hours. Highly encourage you to check this place out, especially if you are new to the area.

Current Resident Just moved in to the Marylander on 02/13/2019 the atmosphere as well as the energy was great, the apartments are a great size with modern appliances, they even had a pop up shop with IBake things in the lobby with delicious treats. I can tell I will enjoy living herder

Don't live here! I lived in the Marylander for about 7 months during my third year at the University of Maryland College of Medicine. The reason I’m posting this review is to highly advise those of you looking for housing to avoid the Marylander if you value your sleep. I had to leave home every day around 7:30 in the morning in order to get to the medical campus on time; however, this became an issue when I couldn’t sleep enough hours to be successful. Okay living! I have been at my apartment since August and it is going well so far. The staff in the office is friendly but most of the time there is only one person working. The maintainence team is awesome! I like it here so far.

Great Staff! I moved to Baltimore about two weeks ago and decided to take my time finding a place. After a week and a half with no luck I was completely ready to be off my friends couch. I called and set up a viewing appointment at the Marylander on a Saturday at 4 and I had keys to my place by 6. The staff was really friendly and helpful, they even stayed past office hours after I told them that I loved the place and that I wanted to move in asap.
